2024/24 CYO Basketball Season - Winter 2024

3rd to 8th grade Boys & Girls CYO Winter Basketball

- All players are required to be evaluated for a team and must live within the St Bernard (or St James 6th grade and up) parish boundaries - Click here for boundaries Map

 - Multiple teams per grade (coach dependent)

- All players must register online in order to be evaluated, we will NOT be allowing walk-ups

- Players that do not make a team will receive a full refund

- Evaluation registration will close on the day of Evaluation, per age

- Players will only need to attend 1 of the dates below but are encouraged to make both, if possible

- All teams will play in the CYO of Long island League against other local parishes (10-12 games plus playoffs), plus a second local winter league (10 games).

- Cost for Full Season– 3rd & 4th Grade - $400  | 5th Grade - $425 | 6th - 8th Grade - $435 |  Additional cost for Uniforms (est. $45) *we will be using the same uniforms from 2023-24 season.

- Practices will start Shortly after tryouts in September.  
     + Girl's games season - Oct to Feb 
     + Boy’s games season - Nov to Mar

$100 down payment required to secure an Evaluation spot. Balance of payment will be due at time of team acceptance after Evaluations.

Refunds will be issued for players that don't make a team.

Tryout

Tryouts will last about 45min - See Flyer for Times
Please do NOT bring anything to the tryouts, balls and pinnies will be provided.
Parents will not be permitted into the gym.
